Q2) How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle material, weight, pump size, cap specifications, decoration method, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide a price quote within 24 hours.
Q3) How long will it take to receive my products?
For products with available molds, production typically takes 3 weeks. For common items in stock, we can ship immediately.
Q4) Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We specialize in custom projects and can create mock up samples quickly after receiving your design specifications.
Q5) Can I get a sample?
Yes, we can send samples of items in stock immediately. For new customers, please provide a FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS account number for freight. Custom samples can be produced in 7 days with reasonable sample charges.
Q6) What is your payment term?
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and balance before shipment. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Q7) How do you control the quality?
We follow strict quality control procedures: samples before mass production, 100% inspection during production, random inspection before packing, and documentation after packing.
